Count Game

How fast can you tally? Count is a quick visual processing game that tests your ability to rapidly count characters in a given string.

The bot will display a specific word (for example, Adventure). Your task is to quickly figure out exactly how many letters make up that word and type the total number into the chat (e.g., 9).

Objective: Count the total number of letters in the displayed word and type the correct number before the timer runs out.

🕹️ How to Play​

  1. Start the Game: Use the command below to spawn a new counting challenge. 
    .count
  2. Analyze: The bot will send a large text embed displaying a word (e.g., Adventure).
  3. Calculate: Count the letters and type the number into the chat (e.g., 9).
  4. Win: The first player to send the correct number wins the round and earns a point.
⚠️ Single Instance

You cannot run more than one Count game in the same channel at the same time. You must wait for the current round to finish before starting a new one.

⚡ Game Rules​

  • ⏱️ Time Limit: 15 Seconds to answer.
  • 🏆 Reward: 1 Point per win.
  • 🎮 Input Type: Typing Numbers in Chat.
Winning Strategy

Use chunking! Instead of counting letters one-by-one, try to break the word into familiar syllables or chunks of three or four letters. For Adventure, seeing it as Adv-ent-ure makes it much faster to realize it is 9 letters long!
